All prices quoted are per week.
Please note that a 30% deposit per booking is required on reservation. The balance is to be paid in full no later than twelve weeks prior to departure.
Prices include electricity, water and gas, a maid service and a weekly linen change (mid-week towel change). Pro-rata daily rates apply where stay spans seasons.

On arrival the villa is available from 2 pm.
For departures the villa must be vacated by 11 am.
A weekly cleaning and linen change are included. (Autumn/Winter special deals are plus utilities) Pro-rata daily rates apply where stay spans seasons. Final Clean charge £50.
We offer 5% discount for 4 weeks or more in winter (Nov to Feb) Underfloor heating for this period is at extra cost, please ask for quotation. Air conditioning is available for July and August at an extra cost please ask for details.
Solar heating for pool £55 extra per week in winter. Please note the solar heating cover must be operated by adults only. We welcome children at out villa but do please supervise them around the pool at all times for their safety. Thank you.
We do have a sofa bed available at extra cost which would be suitable for two children or smaller adults please enquire for details.
